Yup, I’m a pizza-loving wellness enthusiast. And a passionate entrepreneur by nature!
​

Besides coaching women like you, I also own an accounting firm and teach as an adjunct college professor. At home, I’ve got two amazing kids, a Crossfit-loving husband, a dog and a couple of geese hangin’ out in my backyard… 

Which means just like you, I share the same struggles of juggling tons on the go, behind my desk and in my kitchen –– and I’m living proof that it can be done sustainably, without meal prepping allll day on Sundays or giving up what I love! 

In fact, you might be surprised to learn about some of my "guilty" pleasures, like:

  • Every episode of Real Housewives on Bravo
  • Sauvignon Blanc Wine (New Zealand only)
  • Anything Joanna Gaines posts on Instagram
  • ​​​And all the ice-cream

So, how did I get here?
There was a time when I… 

  • Binge-read every diet book I could get my hands on
  • Went to every class my gym offered
  • Ate only 1200 calories a day
  • Thought that I had to be a runner to stay lean

And besides all the cellulite still hanging about, I was hungry all the time and truly dreaded working out!

If you’ve ever felt that way, I know how much it sucks.

Guess what though?  I haven't been in that spot for years.  I changed my body, I love my legs now, I eat 2,000 calories a day, and I am obsessed with working out.  The best part, I haven't been on a treadmill in years, I mean years.
And the best part, I have kept up this lifestyle for almost 5 years now.  I no it didn't happen overnight, it takes hard work to undo 15 years of bad habits and inconsistency.

​The most important shift for me was the accountability and support of having a coach and realizing that if my mindset wasn’t right, not diet would ever be right.  

I also knew that my relationship with food would almost certainly dictate my kids relationship with food, so if I wanted the best for them, I needed the best for me.

It IS possible to love working out, feel full while dieting, and love your body.
